Keep a bike-linked history
Store the coordinates and adjustment history needed to undo a change or repeat the check.
Open toolIt's tempting to change saddle height, fore-aft, and bars all at once. Don't. If three things change and your knee feels different, you won't know which one did it.

Make one change at a time, in a small dose, then re-record. The app compares before and after and tells you whether the difference is real or just measurement noise.

Reversible steps mean you can always go back. That's how good fitters work too.
