1. Measures
- semantic headings, one main landmark and labelled navigation;
- associated labels, error descriptions and status messages for form controls;
- keyboard-operable dialogs with focus containment and Escape behavior;
- visible focus, responsive reflow and non-colour status text;
- text alternatives for meaningful images and no required drag-only interaction.
2. Known limitations
Camera positioning and visual pose overlays can be difficult without sight. Preparation instructions, permission states and quality messages are provided in text, while the live spatial overlay remains primarily visual. If that prevents completion, use the non-camera calculators or contact us for an accessible alternative.
3. Contact and response
Report an accessibility barrier through the Help button using the Product safety or Bug category, or email [email protected]. Include the page, browser/device, assistive technology and the action you could not complete; do not include health data. We aim to acknowledge reports within 7 days and provide a remediation plan or accessible alternative.
4. Assessment method
Accessibility is assessed through code review, automated structural checks, keyboard walkthroughs, responsive browser checks and assistive-technology testing. Reports are tracked through the product-safety process and prioritized by task impact.
