No. The current public OpenBikeFit toolkit remains free to use. Paid work covers custom business implementation, templates, onboarding or integration rather than access to those public routes.
Is this a replacement for a professional bike fitter?
No. OpenBikeFit structures measurements, mechanical setup notes and re-checks. A business remains responsible for its professional judgment, physical work, compatibility checks and client relationship.
Do you need our client database or videos?
No. A first pilot can be scoped from the workflow, blank templates and non-personal test cases. Do not send client, patient, health, video or individual fit-record data through the inquiry form.
What creates a paid engagement?
Not this page and not the inquiry form. Paid work starts only after Balance IT and the business agree a separate written scope, deliverables, price and data responsibilities.
